Wastewater Treatment Facilities Operator

East Hanover Township, Dauphin County is accepting applications for a licensed Wastewater Treatment Facilities Operator.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position that primarily performs operation, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the wastewater treatment plant and its collection system.

REQUIREMENTS

This is an elevated, skilled position with great opportunities for advancement that requires a valid Pennsylvania Wastewater Class C certification or higher with Subclass 1 certification.
The applicant must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a valid PA driver's license.
This position reports directly to the Public Works Director and indirectly to the Chief Operator.

COMPENSATION

The rate of pay will be based on one's skill level and experience, and competitive benefits are provided including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, pension, holidays, vacation, and sick time. Uniforms are provided.
