4:00am-2:30pmwith occasional overtime

Driver's License Required: Must have aclean driving record.

Competitive Compensation:Starting Pay$24.53/hr

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manual laborincluding paper picking, keeping yard clean and presentable.
• Washing, repairing, and assembling trash bins andcontainers
• Traffic management.
• Perform yard work including cutting weeds.
• Perform general office maintenance and repairs includingpaintingandjanitorial work.
• Working outside in all weather conditions.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Operates skid steer and forklift.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Work involves constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, toxicchemicals, bio hazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises
• Extensive physical activity. Requires strenuous physical work;heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects over 50 pounds.
• Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basicsafetyprecautions.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Driver's LicensewithClean driving record.
• Pass Criminal Background Check, Drug panel Screening, and Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules that are set forth; promotes the Company'ssafetystandards; work with a sense of honesty, integrity and trustworthiness.
