Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering. * Strong hands-on experience with: o Google Cloud Platform (GCP) o Jenkins o Kafka o New Relic o DevOps Automation * Experience with Linux system administration. * Expertise in CI/CD implementation and release management. * Experience in monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions. * Strong troubleshooting and production support skills. * Knowledge of networking, security, and cloud operations. Roles & Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins. * Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments. * Manage production environments with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security. * Implement observability and monitoring solutions using New Relic. * Configure and maintain Kafka platforms and messaging infrastructure. * Perform root cause analysis and drive problem resolution for production incidents. * Define and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. * Collaborate with development teams to improve system performance and deployment processes. * Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management best practices. * Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies. * Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
