Job Description
Enterprise OpEx - Roles & Responsibilities *
Analyze existing enterprise processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and waste elimination. [axialsearch.com], [razorjack....atsone.com] *
Track and analyze operational expenses, KPIs, productivity, and financial/operational metrics. *
Support budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis for operational expenditures. *
Work with business and functional teams to understand operational challenges and recommend process improvements. *
Participate in continuous-improvement initiatives using methods such as Lean, root-cause analysis, standardized work, and KPI management. [razorjack....atsone.com] *
Develop reports and dashboards to provide management with visibility into cost, performance, and operational trends. *
Identify opportunities for process automation and digital transformation to improve productivity and reduce manual effort. *
Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT, and other cross-functional teams on OpEx initiatives. *
Monitor improvement initiatives and ensure expected operational and financial benefits are tracked and sustained. *
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, KPI reports, and improvement trackers. *
