Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * 2+ years of development experience in the Motor Controls Software Development domain using Embedded C. * Experience in software integration and resolving build errors. * Experience in projects with AUTOSAR architecture. * Creation and updating of ARXML files using environments such as Da Vinci, SystemDesk, or iSolar. * Experience with debugging tools such as Lauterbach or equivalent tools. * Software verification and validation. * Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN and LIN. Nice to Have * Project experience using Agile methodology. * Experience with multicore processors. * Model-based development, autocode generation, and integration. * RTE generation. Roles & Responsibilities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications. * Design and develop embedded software for motor control systems in automotive applications. * Integrate multiple application software components into the overall application software. * Conduct testing using environments such as HIL and Lauterbach to ensure the software meets requirements and performance and safety standards. * Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing effective solutions. * Collaborate with hardware engineers, the base software team, and suppliers to integrate software. * Communicate status, risks, and escalations to the leadership team. * Participate in project daily stand-ups. Generic Managerial Skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to identify and work with the appropriate contacts and resources to resolve issues in a timely manner Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year
