Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Define solution architecture, integration architecture, data models, security models, and application design.
- Develop architecture blueprints and solution design documents and lead design reviews.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with ServiceNow platform best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Possess extensive hands-on experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow across areas such as ITSM (including HRSD and SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and scoped application solutions.
- Have experience in ITIL process definition, integration solutions, and architecture-level configurations.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other API technologies.
- Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation, Customization and Maintenance of ITSM HRSD, SPO Modules & Scoped Applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Review solution designs and code changes for compliance with platform standards.
- Participate in architectural decisions and ensure consistency across implementations.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
- Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Establish and enforce ServiceNow development and architecture standards.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in the administration, implementation, and configuration of ServiceNow in areas including ITSM (HRSD, SPO), ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, and scoped application solutions.
Certifications
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA), highly desirable
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Relevant Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
Salary Range-$120,000-$160,000 a year
