Manage global onsite-offshore delivery teams. *
Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and change management workstreams. *
Monitor project financials and resource utilization. *
Ensure quality assurance and adherence to delivery standards. Roles & Responsibilities Program Leadership *
Lead end-to-end HCM Management programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization. *
Own program scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. *
Establish and manage program governance structures, steering committees, and executive reviews. *
Drive alignment between business, HR, operations, payroll, finance, IT, and vendor teams. Client Relationship Management *
Serve as primary point of contact for customer leadership. *
Build trusted advisor relationships with client executives. *
Manage escalations and lead resolution of critical delivery challenges. *
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy. Generic Managerial Skills: Program Management Expertise *
Large-scale global deployment experience. *
Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. *
Vendor and partner management. *
