Roles & Responsibilities

Own and coordinate end-to-end partner operational processes, from data collection through validation and downstream handoff.

Engage with Japan partners and business stakeholders, supporting clear Japanese/English communication where required.

Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, process maps, workflows, and operational documentation.

Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT), shadowing, transition, and operational handover activities.

Provide white-glove/high-touch support during partner onboarding, migration, change, and stabilization, aligned with the support need raised in RE: Japan/Australia Partner Transition Plan - Proposed SFTP / EDI Approach.

Monitor partner operations and coordinate issues, incidents, escalations, and follow-ups through resolution.

Perform data/process validation and coordinate gaps involving partner data, enrichment, standardization, and downstream availability.

Maintain process-level knowledge of EDI, API, portal, and file-based data flows, coordinating technical issues with the appropriate engineering teams.

Identify process improvements and automation opportunities, while maintaining operational trackers, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 a year
