Establish and drive delivery excellence across the GIS AI portfolio. This role will own the GIS_AI Jira ecosystem, implement scalable governance and reporting, coordinate priorities and dependencies across multiple workstreams, and drive greater rigor, transparency, and accountability in program execution. This contractor will coordinate and drive AI demand across various sources including enterprise / AIxP, GT / ATP, and GIS-driven requirements. The RTE will also provide leadership and coaching to Scrum Masters and serve as the primary point of coordination for Agile delivery across the GIS program.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of programs to develop agentic AI security harnesses, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for new cybersecurity capabilities.

* Establish program roadmaps, priorities, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria for cybersecurity research and engineering initiatives.

* Coordinate research and experimentation across AI Security, Agentic AI, Application Security, quantum/PQC, blockchain, and other emerging technologies.

* Work closely with technical teams developing and integrating AI agents, LLMs, APIs, security tools, automation frameworks, cloud environments, containers, and security test environments.

* Translate cybersecurity research hypotheses and emerging technology opportunities into structured technical workstreams, experiments, POCs, and evaluation plans.

* Manage the lifecycle of initiatives from: research prototype testing benchmarking recommendation operationalization.

*Salary Range- $90,000-$100,000 a year
