Lead end-to-end application design and development using Java Full Stack technologies. *
Define technical architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. *
Review application design, source code, and deployment strategies. *
Drive technical decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. *
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Full Stack Development *
Develop backend services using: o

REST APIs o
Kafka/Messaging systems *
Develop frontend applications using: o
Angular / React o

Design and optimize database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases. Architecture & Solution Design *
Design scalable cloud-native and microservices-based solutions. *
Define API standards, integration patterns, and security frameworks. *
Participate in technical estimations and solution proposals. *
Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for new technologies. Project & Delivery Management *
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders. *
Break down requirements into technical user stories and tasks. *
Track sprint progress and resolve technical blockers. *
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Quality & Governance *
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. *
Drive unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing. *
Ensure application security and compliance requirements are met. < /div>
