Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
Export control scope experience related to Nuclear/Defence Configuration & Change Management Roles & Responsibilities Change Coordination Services *
Create or assume ownership of Change Requests (Change Orders, Change Actions, Issues) in PLM and coordinate them from initiation through approval and implementation. *
Address and reconcile rejection comments from reviewers and approvers, ensuring changes are updated and resubmitted where needed. *
Create or revise parts and update existing BOM structures to reflect approved engineering changes. *
Review and update part families, including attributes and configuration-related data. *
Work with the Configuration Management team to resolve errors that prevent workflow completion or promotion in PLM. *
Conduct BOM "where-used" analysis and confirm affected units and structures prior to implementation. *
Ensure BOM, part, and document releases and associated changes are accurately implemented in PLM and traceable to approved Change Requests. Coordinate multiple concurrent specification revisions affecting a given BOM part or product structure. Generic Managerial Skills, If any *
Organizing timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget *
