Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Requirements * 7-15 years of experience in software engineering. * Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service. * Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization is strongly preferred. * Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. * Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations. * Proficiency in React and TypeScript. * Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. * Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling. * Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions. Preferred Qualifications * Experience with AEM migration to Cloud Service * Exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, and AI agents/skills * Experience integrating model APIs and external AI services * Python proficiency is good to have * Familiarity with microservices architecture Skills * Java, Spring Boot * AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service * React / TypeScript * REST APIs * SQL / PostgreSQL / JPA / Hibernate * Docker / Cloud deployment fundamentals * Git * AI / LLM / RAG / Agentic workflows (preferred) Roles & Responsibilities * Design, develop, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, * including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service. * Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service. * Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by marketing technology platforms. * Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. * Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript. * Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications. * Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows. * Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision-making. * Support AI-enabled product initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and integration with external AI services TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
