Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
10+ Years of SAP GTS experience including latest version SAP GTS Edition for HANA. *
Must have strong hands-on Implementation experience in GTS- Compliance Management: SPL (Sanctioned Party List Screening), Legal control (product licensing), and Embargo check, and FIORI apps. *
Hands on exposure on GTS- Customs management, Electronic Compliance Reporting and Risk Management *
Hands on exposure on Fiori Apps, interfaces and enhancements. *
At least 1 GTS end to end full cycle implementation and 1support experiences with strong SAP GTS hands-on experience. *
Exposure on cross modules SAP SD, MM and FI, exports/ Imports processes. *
Good understanding and exposure on global trade regulations. *
Good Communication. *
Communicate daily progress Roles & Responsibilities *
Demonstrates ability to plan, organize and complete work with little or no supervision while keeping management fully informed of plans and progress. *
Perform as "Module expert" and provide solutions to business requirements in the areas of GTS function. *
Fit-gap analysis, Design and configure the solution of SAP GTS- Compliance Management: SPL (Sanctioned Party List Screening), Legal control (product licensing), and Embargo check. *
And experience/knowledge in Electronic Compliance Reporting, Customs Management, Risk Management *
Documentation of Solutions, SAP configuration and program modifications according to internal standards. *
Create functional and design specifications for all of SAP related activities including reporting, transactional programming, interfaces, Remote Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs) and User Exits. *
Perform SAP configuration/customization in the process area of "GTS" related activities and resolve user reported issues in a timely manner. *
Experience module SAP SD and other cross functional module like MM *
Shall prepare functional specs/ FUT docs documents and related enhancement changes or project changes accordingly. *
Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement SAP solutions to meet business requirements. *
Act as the liaison between the technical team members and the end users to ensure requirements / progress are communicated accurately. *
Evaluates new versions or updates to systems to determine feasibility for use, prepares detailed plans for adoption, and makes recommendations to IT management. *
Research new technologies and functionality for making recommendations. Generic Managerial Skills, If any *
Shall have good Team Player and manage team members *
Shall have Effective communication skills to create and present solutions to various stakeholders *
