Om Cloud Engineer

OM Cloud Engineer to support, enhance, and optimize cloud-based Order Management solutions. The engineer will be responsible for managing integrations, troubleshooting complex production issues, supporting order-to-cash processes, and ensuring the reliability and performance of Order Management applications within the enterprise ecosystem.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

* Provide Level 3 production support for Order Management applications and integrations.

* Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns.

* Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and data issues.

* Develop and maintain integrations between Order Management, ERP, and WMS, and external partner systems.

* Configure business rules, orchestration processes, fulfillment flows, and exception handling.

* Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable cloud-based solutions.

Monitor application health, system performance, and transaction processing

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 a year
