Senior Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Participate in a Scrum team supporting Regulatory Reporting application migration from the current platform to the target state data platform, while also contributing to maintenance, support, and automation using ETL, SQL, Python, scheduling, and DevOps tools.

Work closely with the Scrum Master, technology leads, and direct manager to support day to day delivery priorities.

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including development, QA, release management, and business stakeholders.

Projects supporting Regulatory Reporting application development, platform migration, production support, and operational automation.

A top performer consistently delivers high-quality code within defined timelines, proactively manages delivery risks, and communicates clearly to keep work on track. Examples include taking ownership of assigned work, identifying blockers early, escalating risks with recommended options, writing maintainable and well? Tested code, supporting production issues with urgency, collaborating effectively across development, QA, release, and business teams, and continuously looking for opportunities to automate manual processes and improve delivery efficiency.
