Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
The Clinical Trial Project Manager supports planning, coordination, documentation, stakeholder communication, and operational follow-through for clinical research and clinical-trial-related initiatives. The role works across business, clinical, research, compliance, and support teams to organize activities, maintain accurate records, track commitments, identify delivery risks, and translate complex information into clear, actionable updates. - Coordinate project activities, schedules, dependencies, meetings, action items, and stakeholder communications. - Support development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, decision logs, risk and issue registers, and related documentation. - Partner with clinical, research, business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and maintain alignment. - Analyze clinical, research, and operational information and summarize findings for project and leadership discussions. - Support process mapping and improvement opportunities that strengthen operational efficiency, documentation quality, and compliance. - Facilitate working sessions, document decisions, assign follow-ups, and monitor completion of agreed actions. - Help maintain accurate project and research records in accordance with applicable organizational policies and role-specific procedures. - Escalate delivery risks, data-quality concerns, schedule impacts, and unresolved dependencies through the appropriate governance channels. - Use approved productivity and AI tools responsibly to support research, analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency. - Contribute to stakeholder-ready presentations, operational reports, and executive summaries Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
