Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Genesys APIs, Genesys Cloud CX, J2EE development, API Development, Genesys Cloud CX Developer\Architect with Softphone Roles & Responsibilities * Design and Development experience in Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Architecture. * Develop roadmap for CCaaS transformation and modernization initiatives. * Experience in Softphone API integration with Genesys CX * Experience in Genesy SDK * Experience in Genesys Cloud CX administration, configuration and implementation. * Strong experience Node.JS/ Rest, SOAP and Genesys APIs. * Experience creating dashboards for monitoring queue activity, agent performance, and interactions. * Strong Experience in Genesys Cloud admin and configuration including contact center ,telephony, routing, people and permissions and outbound. * Experience in Genesys installation and configuration * Troubleshooting experiences with the issues in configuring and routing related issues. Desired skills.: * Experience with Genesys on-prem and understanding of various Genesys components and composer development. * Exposure for Java/J2EE development and API Development /Scripting integration * Genesys Cloud CX certification preferred.
