Business Analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

- Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Customer's Fraud Detection and Prevention initiatives. The role requires working closely with business and technology teams to understand fraud-related business requirements, analyse processes and data, and translate business needs into functional requirements and actionable solutions.

- Preferred Areas of Experience: Banking/financial services, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML, risk management, or payments.

Roles & responsibilities

* Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

* Work with stakeholders to understand fraud detection scenarios, rules, and processes.

* Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping.

* Collaborate with technology and data teams to implement fraud detection solutions.

* Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Support UAT, defect tracking, and implementation activities.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $125,000 per year
