Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * IBM Mainframe (z/OS) * COBOL, JCL, VSAM * DB2, SQL * CICS * IMS DB/DC (preferred) * Endevor/Changeman version control * File handling, batch processing, scheduling tools (CA7/Control-M) * Production support and incident management * System analysis, debugging, and performance tuning * Agile/Scrum methodology Roles & Responsibilities * Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2. * Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions. * Perform code enhancements, testing, and deployment activities. * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure SLA compliance. * Create and review technical design documents. * Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and offshore/onshore teams. * Support application modernization and optimization initiatives Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000 a year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
