Pega CDH Developer Must Have Technical/Functional Skills *
8 to 10 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Pega Development. *
Hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) implementations. *

Adaptive Analytics o
Engagement Policies o
Customer Journey Management o
Real-Time Decisioning *
Experience with Pega integrations and enterprise application interfaces. *
Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, service integrations, and troubleshooting. *
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. *
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. *
Experience creating technical and functional documentation. *
Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments. Preferred Certifications: *
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) *
Pega Customer Decision Hub Consultant Certification *
Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) (preferred) Roles & Responsibilities *
Design, develop, and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH). *
Configure and maintain Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, arbitration, engagement policies, and adaptive models. *
Develop and optimize decision strategies, interaction history, and customer journey orchestration capabilities. *
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. *
Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. *
Perform application debugging, root cause analysis, and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance. *
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega development best practices and enterprise standards. *
Create and maintain technical design documents, implementation guides, and operational documentation. *
Support production deployments, troubleshooting activities, and ongoing platform enhancements. Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year #LI-OJ1
