Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Languages: Python, SQL (Java/JavaScript preferred) * AI/ML: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering * Cloud DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Git, CI/CD, Terraform * Data Technologies: Oracle, Spark, Redis Vector DB, MongoDB Ideal Candidate: A hands-on AI engineer with strong software development skills who can take AI/ML solutions from concept to production while ensuring scalability, governance, and business impact. Roles & Responsibilities * 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering. * Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL. * Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and production ML deployments. * Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, data processing, and software development best practices. * Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude), Prompt Engineering, and RAG. * Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and MLOps platforms. * Experience with vector databases, large-scale data processing, and regulated industries such as financial services. * Design, build, and deploy ML models for prediction, recommendation, forecasting, and anomaly detection. * Develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and implement RAG architectures leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. * Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. * Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, responsible AI, and model risk management standards. * Mentor team members and contribute to AI/ML best practices.
