We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to take a key leadership role within a growing accounting organization. This position will oversee critical areas of the accounting and financial reporting process while partnering closely with finance leadership and teams across the business. Outside of the day to day accounting responsibilities, this person will have the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen controls, and help shape a more scalable accounting function. Responsibilities Lead key areas of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Oversee corporate accounting activities, including consolidations and intercompany transactions. Support accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple business units. Research technical accounting matters and assist with accounting policy development. Improve accounting processes, reporting workflows, and operational efficiencies. Strengthen internal controls and support ongoing compliance initiatives. Coordinate audit requests and serve as a key contact for accounting matters. Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. Support acquisition integration, system improvements, and finance transformation initiatives. Mentor accounting team members and help establish scalable processes and clear accountability. Requirements 8+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, consolidations, close processes, and financial reporting. CPA highly preferred; public accounting and corporate accounting experience in a manufacturing setting is desired Ability to bring structure to complex situations and succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
