We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward
Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you've come to the right place. The Partner Operations Program Coordinator will help the Global Partner Operations team run the processes, systems, communications, and reporting that make Manhattan's partner programs easy to execute and scale. This is a hands-on coordination and program-management role. The successful candidate will work closely with partner engagement directors and partners to keep partner initiatives moving, ensure information is accurate, and create a consistent experience for partners. A key area of focus is managing the enablement phase for Manhattan Authorized Reseller partners. The role has an emphasis on execution, organization, data quality, follow-through, and continuous improvement. It is well suited to someone who enjoys turning ambiguous requests into clear actions, owners, timelines, and deliverables.
