Title: Administrative Assistant - Greenville Spartanburg Airport, SC

Rate: $18 per hour

Hours: 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

Location: 100% Onsite in Greer, SC

The Spirit of the Position:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the regional leadership team. The Administrative Assistant represents the region in greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere toward applicants, employees, customers, clients by providing excellent service, coordination of recruitment efforts, answering all inbound calls, helping to resolve inquiries, complaints, etc. in a positive manner.

Principal Job Duties:

• Answer telephone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service for clients, customers, employees, applicants, and managers.
• Run reports and assist in projects as assigned, such as signing and packaging birthday cards.
• Process regional new hires including scheduling for orientation, flagging for review by HR, etc.
• Make updates and perform maintenance in internal and external databases regularly
• Review and approve updates for employees such as status changes.
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR Team.
• Receives, distributes, and organizes incoming and outgoing correspondence and files.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service 1+ year
• Administrative Experience 1+ year
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams - General Microsoft Office Apps

Skills:

• Ability to comprehend and communicate professionally in English
• Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to comfortably sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
