Sales Analyst, Consultant

Your Role

The Sales Analysis and Operations team provides analytical insights through the analysis and interpretation of data in support of new and renewing business, process improvement, and cross-functional solutions. The Sales Analyst, Consultant will report to the Director, Sales Analysis and Operations. In this role you will partner closely with Sales Executives, Sales Consultants, Underwriting, and Product to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help win new business and retain existing clients. Your work will directly inform case strategy, strengthen renewal and RFP submissions, and identify opportunities to improve how our teams work together.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires demonstrated experience in analysis and interpretation of complex data sets within Excel, prefer analytics experience in Salesforce
• Requires healthcare industry experience
• Requires experience in project management; prefer process improvement and integration with AI
• Requires experience as a process stakeholder and working cross-functionally with business stakeholders
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills to be able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
