Patient Financial Advocate

The Patient Financial Advocate (Associate) plays a crucial role in assisting patients with their Medicaid enrollment process. This position requires a deep understanding of Medicaid policies and procedures to effectively guide patients through the complexities of enrollment, ensuring they receive the financial assistance they need for their healthcare services. • Experience in a healthcare or financial advocacy role.

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in patient advocacy, financial counseling, or a related area.
• Certification in healthcare financial counseling or a related field is a plus.
