  • Coordinate executive and leadership meetings, including agendas, materials, logistics, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.

  • Serve as a liaison among ISS leadership, staff, campus partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to support communication and operational coordination.

  • Support cross-functional administrative and business processes, including interview scheduling, routine purchasing and procurement coordination, request tracking, and documentation.

  • Coordinate logistics for department-wide meetings, events, and engagement activities, including ISS Town Halls, ISS Summits, IT and ISS Leaders Meetings, and other special initiatives. Responsibilities include scheduling, room reservations, catering, AV coordination, materials, and post-event follow-up.

  • Create and maintain clear, audience-appropriate content and digital or print resources for ISS initiatives, programs, events, and organizational priorities.

What Success Looks Like

  • Build trusted relationships with leaders, staff, campus partners, and stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership while working independently.

  • Approach challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Operate with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, service-focused culture.

  • Seek opportunities to improve processes, communications, and the overall employee experience.
