The position will ensure that system configurations align with institutional and legislative requirements and will work with the appropriate system subject matter experts when changes need to be recommended. The position will play a key role on the ES HRIS team in providing project support, system testing, end user support, day-to-day operational support, documentation, and training. The ability to extract and analyze data to identify trends, analyze and document system functionality, and provide support to the team and system users are key components of the position.
