What You'll Do

As Head Teller, you'll serve as a leader, coach, and role model for the Teller Team while ensuring customers receive exceptional service every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Teller Team by assigning daily responsibilities and providing ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Create a positive, collaborative work environment where colleagues can learn, grow, and succeed.
• Manage scheduling, timecard approvals, interviews, onboarding, performance evaluations, and team development.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Oversee cash operations, including vault balancing, ATM management, and currency orders.
• Conduct routine audits and maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and problem-solving.
• Support branch goals and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

OR

• Three years of directly related banking, cash handling, leadership, or customer service experience

Additionally:

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and support team members.
