Community-University Health Care Center (CUHCC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) team. This position provides individualized, recovery-oriented services to adults with serious mental illness (SMI), helping clients develop and restore skills that support psychiatric stability, independent living, social functioning, community integration, and overall well-being. Services are provided in clients' homes, community settings, at CUHCC, and other appropriate locations. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $23.84/hr - $29.27/hr, which equates to between $49,587.20/annually - $60,881.60/annually for 1.0 FTE, depending on qualifications. This position reports to the Community Mental Health Program Manager (ARMHS and DVSA) and has no direct reports. Work Schedule & Type of Position: The work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with some early evening availability. This position follows a hybrid work model, with 2 days working on-site and 3 days working remotely and/or in the community. Employees should also be prepared to work on-site on additional days when requested or when business needs require. Please note, this position is not eligible for H-1B or Green Card sponsorship. This position does not offer a STEM OPT training program. Responsibilities Clinical Assessment/Rehabilitation - 60%

At CUHCC, we're transforming urban health care and educating the next generation of healthcare professionals. CUHCC offers a full range of dental and mental health services that are typically not offered at a community health center, such as prosthodontic services and psychiatry.
