Snowflake's Revenue Operations team is hiring a Sales Ops Manager to own planning operations for our Partner and Product Specialist organizations. In this role, you'll run complex planning workstreams end to end, including territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, and in-year quota management. You'll be the trusted expert that Partner and Specialist leaders come to for methodology, tradeoffs, and decisions. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise and we are building an AI-native planning organization. That means AI does the analysis and production work, and you own the judgment and decisions. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
