The Quantity Surveyor Manager will oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors who ensure that National Grid achieves value for project costs, and that Major Projects Contractors deliver the work that they are contracted to, at the price they committed to. To support the delivery with project or program management teams, advising on best practices for pricing evaluation within contracts and field practices for contract changes in technical work. To be responsible for ensuring all costs for an assigned portfolio or projects are reviewed and robustly challenged against appropriate benchmarks and cost databases. Salary: $142,000.00 - $167,000.00 USD annually National Grid utilizes an assessment that evaluates the job qualifications/characteristics using AI or statistically based scoring.
