To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Have a current and valid Pharmacy Technician's License for the State of Ohio.
  • Be able to work any of the following schedules:

    • Thursday - Monday (off Tuesday and Wednesday), 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
    • Sunday - Thursday (off Friday and Saturday), 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
    • Tuesday - Saturday (off Sunday and Monday), 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
    • Thursday & Friday (part-time 20 hours/week), 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
    • Monday - Friday & Sunday (off Saturday), 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
    • Sunday - Wednesday (off Thursday, Friday and Saturday), 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM

What You'll Do

As a core member of the team, you will provide essential assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products, utilizing advanced fulfillment systems to ensure precision and speed. Your daily contributions will be critical to maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.



  • Process prescription exceptions, which includes resolving claim rejects and conducting necessary outreach to members and physicians.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
  • Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Escalate complex prescription questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide clear direction on processing protocols.
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing professional and helpful support.

Required Qualifications



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with entry-level candidates welcome.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation
