In this role, you will play a key part in driving visibility and strategy for some of our largest, most visible upper-funnel and regional sponsorship campaigns-including high-profile partnerships.
As a Brand Marketing Senior, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate executive business objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies, manage campaign budgets, synthesize market data, and regularly present updates and performance metrics directly to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Lead and contribute to the development of integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans across multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Sponsorship & Regional Activations: Collaborate with project managers, sponsorship teams, and internal agency partners to kick off and execute regional sponsorship activations and sports/entertainment partnerships.
- Executive Communication & Reporting: Prepare succinct, high-impact campaign updates and performance reports for executive leadership. Present campaign ROI and KPIs clearly and concisely.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with Agile SCRUM teams, Project Managers, Media Partners, Legal/Compliance teams, and In-House Creative Agencies (utilizing Adobe Workfront for intake, kickoffs, and discovery sessions).
- Data Analysis & Insights: Review market research, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance data to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and optimize in-market campaigns.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage assigned campaign budgets, complete estimate submissions, and track financial performance against forecast.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to internal risk, legal, and compliance policies and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree OR 4 additional years of related marketing experience in lieu of a degree (10 years total without a degree).
- Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or campaign development.
- Technical & Process Skills: Solid understanding of operating within a structured Go-To-Market (GTM) environment and working alongside project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, or Adobe Workfront).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize complex campaign data into concise executive-level summaries.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications & Attributes
- Brand Focus: Experience supporting member-centric, customer-centric, or major global/national consumer brands (focusing on brand trust and customer experience over hard sales).
- Military Connection: Personal, professional, or familial connection to the military community or familiarity with military culture is a plus (Veterans or military spouses are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Agency & Sponsorship Experience: Prior experience working with in-house or external creative agencies, media partners, and high-visibility sports/entertainment sponsorships.
- Autonomy: Ability to quickly ramp up, pick up existing workflows, and operate self-sufficiently within 90 days.

- Schedule: Hybrid schedule - 4 days on-site, 1 work-from-home day of your choice per week.
