Responsibilities
SCOPE: Manages practice activities and assigned operational areas, typically in one location with a single line of oncology business (medical or radiation) or in multiple locations with six or less physicians. Assists with the development of practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth. Continually evaluates practice strategies and plans to meet changing national, state, and local needs. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise surgical administrative and front office staff, including schedulers, receptionists, and support personnel.
SALARY RANGE:
$75,000 - $95,000 annual
