Overview
Client's ATA (AI-Driven Transformation & Agentification) organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic thought partner to VP and senior Director-level leaders orchestrating one of Client's most consequential organizational transformations. ATA is redefining how work is done across Client - deploying AI agents at scale, automating workflows across functions, and establishing new operating models that fundamentally change roles, team structures, and the nature of work itself. The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted advisor at the most senior levels, shaping organizational strategy at the intersection of people and technology, driving enterprise-scale change management, and influencing how Client navigates the human dimensions of AI-driven transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to VP/Director-level leaders, shaping ATA's organizational strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development at scale
- Design and deliver enterprise-level people solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, succession planning, change management, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide executive coaching and strategic counsel to senior leaders navigating the unprecedented complexity of driving workforce transformation while managing its human impact
- Proactively identify and address systemic organizational development needs across ATA, making recommendations that influence the broader People@ function
- Drive sophisticated data analysis and reporting to identify talent trends, measure transformation impact, and inform strategic people decisions
- Lead talent management strategies at an organizational level - including executive talent reviews, high-potential identification, and building leadership pipelines for transformation-era competencies
- Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle (Checkpoint) and employee engagement strategy, ensuring calibration consistency across ATA
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues across Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to architect solutions that scale across the transformation ecosystem
- Serve as a key voice in defining the guardrails, frameworks, and measurement approaches for AI-driven org changes across Client (experiment pilot rollout)
Additional Responsibilities
- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution across ATA's distributed, cross-functional workforce
- Provide thought leadership on the people implications of agentification: role evolution, skill obsolescence, reskilling pathways, manager role changes, and organizational stress indicators
- Influence People@ strategy and programs based on insights from sitting at the epicenter of Client's AI transformation
- Work closely with Employee Relations Partners on complex, sensitive matters - particularly those arising from transformation-driven changes
- Lead cross-functional HR projects that have org-wide or company-wide impact, especially those connected to workforce evolution
- Drive organizational design and operating model decisions as ATA scales and its mission evolves
Minimum Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
- Experience helping global and/or highly matrixed organizations scale
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
- Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills at the executive level
- Effective communication and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusive work environments
- Demonstrates project management and change management experience at scale
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across teams
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems at the organizational level
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree; advanced degree (MBA, MS) a plus
- Significant experience supporting organizations through large-scale transformation, restructuring, or automation-driven change
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML landscapes and the workforce implications of automation and agentification
- Experience partnering with VP+ leaders navigating transformational change at enterprise scale
- Track record of designing and implementing change management strategies for technology-driven workforce evolution
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
