Position Title: Project Manager

Work Location: South San Francisco, CA, 94080

Assignment Duration: 12 Months

Work Arrangement: Onsite


Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

* Workstream Facilitation: Plan and lead high-value cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and recurring Tier 2 workstream execution huddles.

* monday.com Schedule Management: Build, maintain, and baseline workstream-level integrated schedules on monday.com, ensuring logic ties and milestone alignment with the Master Integrated Schedule (IS).

* Workstream Cost Control: Track financial performance for assigned workstreams, monitoring PO drawdowns, invoice approvals, vendor spend, and cost variance reporting.

* Resource Loading Support: Assist Workstream Leads in resource loading and capacity planning to prevent operational bottlenecks during ramp-up phases.

* RAID Log & Action Management: Maintain and actively drive resolution for assigned workstream RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and Action Item registers.

* Governance Reporting: Support Workstream Leads in drafting standard 3-page status reports, 4-pillar health checks, exception reports, and executive summaries for Tier 2 and Tier 3 governance forums.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

* Education: B.S. in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related technical field. PMP certification preferred.

* Industry Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience within cGMP BioPharma / Pharmaceutical Site Start-Up, commissioning, or tech transfer operations.

* Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in monday.com, MS Project, Excel, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

* Key Competencies: Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, cross-functional risk mitigation, and fluency in pharma manufacturing terminologies.
