| The Knowledge Advancement and Insights (KAI) team optimizes portfolio execution by developing digital tools that accelerate access to insights through enhanced connectivity and integration of people, processes, and systems.About This Role:As a KAI contractor, you will support the evolution of digital transformation and organizational change management initiatives that enable how teams work across Amgen Operations.Key Responsibilities:Serve as Project Manager for a new digital application in development, organizing user requirements, facilitating meetings, and working with product owners to create user stories for developers.Develop change management assets - Create communications, trainings, and adoption resources that help employees successfully navigate new tools, processes, and ways of working.Develop project management onboarding and upskilling assetsLeverage AI and digital technologies Enable Skills-Based Hiring No Basic Qualifications Associate degree and 2 years of experience OR 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience OR High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experienceMax Rate Not to Exceed (If this differs from the job posting template): (No Value)Why is the Position Open?
