He/she is responsible for the coordination and delivery of training courses that are required by DSV and the client. The programs would include but are not limited to quality control, work measurement, logistics procedures, safety/HR, and work instructions. To assist in the development of solutions that meet clients' expectations. To develop and conduct competency training that is role-specific in the areas of systems, and leadership development and to provide ongoing support to employees in these areas. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Orientation of new Associates and re-fresher training for current associates for site policies Other Duties
