At our Kaukauna location, you will play a key role in developing and manufacturing high-performance fabrics used on conventional, TAD, and other tissue machines around the world. In this hands-on engineering role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges, support product development and manufacturing, and drive improvements in performance, quality, and sustainability. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help deliver innovative solutions for some of the world's largest tissue producers.

• Support development of custom-engineered fabrics that improve paper machine efficiency, sheet quality, dryness, energy performance, softness, bulk, and absorbency.
• Design and evaluate new weave patterns through laboratory testing, modeling, pilot loom trials, and manufacturing-scale validation.
• Analyze performance data, troubleshoot issues, and document manufacturing centerlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, solve complex challenges, and deliver high-impact solutions for customers.
