The Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the hotel's corporate transient and negotiated business travel accounts, driving room revenue and increasing market share for our luxury Curio Collection by Hilton property. This role will proactively identify and pursue new corporate business, build relationships with local and national accounts, manage existing client partnerships, negotiate corporate rates, and respond to business travel opportunities and RFPs. Key responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales calls and presentations, negotiating rates, managing RFPs, conducting site tours, developing corporate accounts, and maintaining an active sales pipeline. The BT Sales Manager will monitor account production and market trends while identifying opportunities to increase room nights, revenue, and overall account performance. The position will work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Sales leadership, and other hotel departments to ensure corporate rates and account information are accurately communicated and the guest experience supports long-term client retention. The ideal candidate has previous hotel sales experience with a strong understanding of corporate transient and business travel sales. Experience with negotiated accounts, RFP processes, account production, prospecting, and revenue strategy is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience within a luxury, upscale, or full-service hotel is preferred, and previous Hilton or Curio Collection experience is a plus.
