Pay rate starts at $19.00 with shift premiums of $0.50 for hours worked 4pm-midnight and $1.00 for hours worked midnight-8am.

Longevity premium of $0.25 after one year of service. Attendance Premium of $0.25.

Essential Job Functions:



  • Sort, bag, and case paws.
  • Rotate through various Paw Line and Evis positions as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Communicate with Supervisors, Leads, co-workers, and USDA personnel regarding assigned tasks, rotation, and production issues.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Work safely and promote safe work habits.


Qualifications



  • Must be able to communicate in English with USDA personnel.
  • NPIS Certification preferred, or the ability to successfully pass the NPIS test within 90 days.
  • Must have good attendance and report to work regularly and on time.
  • Must be willing to work required overtime and weekends as scheduled.
  • Must be able to follow instructions, procedures, and accept constructive feedback.
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold environments, depending on the assigned area.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and meet production standards.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
