WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Lead daily railroad operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and service.

* Develop and coach high-performing teams.

* Drive operating performance and budget goals.

* Build strong customer and business relationships.

* Ensure compliance with FRA regulations and company standards.

* Identify opportunities to improve productivity, asset utilization, and profitability.

* Support strategic growth initiatives and capital improvement projects.

* 5+ years of railroad leadership experience.

* Strong knowledge of railroad operations and FRA regulations.

* Budget and financial management experience.

* Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Conductor certification required; Engineer certification preferred.

* Valid Driver's License.
