This position conducts in-person ID compliance checks at convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and other participating retail locations. The purpose of the position is to help evaluate whether businesses are following applicable age-verification requirements when selling alcohol and tobacco products.

Job Duties

• Compliance checks at retail locations.
• Assigned to store, restaurant, grocery store and act like purchasing items per instructions.

Experience Requirements

• Talent must be 21-25 years old to participate.
• Requires reliable transportation, a valid form of identification, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.

Physical Capabilities

• Must be able to sit in the car and drive the route.
• Physical requirements vary by assignment and will be discussed during the hiring process.
