Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

This position is also eligible for a bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans

Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and vendors.


  • Monitor and operate order-picking gantry robotic systems and KUKA palletizing/depalletizing cells
  • Respond to system alarms, faults, jams, and operational interruptions
  • Perform approved fault recovery procedures to restore production safely and efficiently
  • Monitor equipment performance through HMI interfaces and system dashboards
  • Verify order accuracy, product flow, and pallet quality standards
  • Assist with system startups, shutdowns, and recovery activities
  • Operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to replenish inventory feeding robotic systems
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish product to prevent disruptions
  • Complete inventory transactions using RF scanners and Automated warehouse control system (AWCS)
  • Support inventory movements, and cycle counts activities as needed
  • Assist Maintenance Technicians during preventive maintenance and repair activities, by placing robotic systems into designated operating modes to support inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Identify and communicate equipment faults, alarm conditions, and recurring issues
  • Support equipment testing and startup verification following maintenance activities
  • Document downtime events, recurring faults, and operational observations to assist root cause analysis
  • Escalate equipment concerns and performance trends to the Robotics Systems Analyst
  • Respond to product jams, mispicks, and conveyor obstructions
  • Remove damaged products from robotic cells and conveyor systems
  • Respond to paint leaks, damaged cartons, damaged pails, and containment events
  • Perform spill containment and cleanup in accordance with company safety and environmental procedures
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the facility
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and training requirements
  • Comply with all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and robotic cell safety protocols
  • Follow approved Alternative Control Procedures (ACP) when performing authorized tasks inside robotic work cells or safeguarded areas
  • Verify equipment is in the appropriate operating mode before entering restricted or controlled access areas
  • Maintain clear communication with team members while working around automated and energized equipment
  • Report safety concerns, near misses, equipment damage, and hazardous conditions immediately
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure robotic systems and work areas remain safe and compliant
  • Train and develop tother site resources as backup

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must have at least one (1) year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have an associate degree in engineering, computer information systems, industrial maintenance, or a related field focused on automation.
  • Have at least three (3) year of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
  • Have at least one (1) year of work experience using material handling equipment (for example: forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, vacuum-hoists, drum dollys, conveyor belts, etc.)
  • Have experience working with robotic or automated material handling systems
  • Have experience with KUKA robotics, gantry systems, ASRS, or automated picking technologies
  • Have familiarity with conveyors, sensors, and PLC-controlled equipment
  • Have experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology
  • Have technical training or certification in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology
  • Have basic electrical troubleshooting skills related to photo eyes, light curtains and proximity switches
  • Have basic mechanical troubleshooting skills related to conveyors, gantries, belt drives and servo motors
