RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES, including but not limited to: 1. Manage plant document control 2. Manage plant training program 3. Training of employees on quality systems or documents as needed 4. Manage pest control program 5. Manage audit and inspections 6. Manage corrective action database 7. Assist with customer complaint initial responses. 8. Trained internal auditor 9. Participation in customer audits 10. Participate in root cause / QRQC events 11. Assist with custom Certificates of Conformance 12. Support mock drills and other testing 13. Manage Support regulatory requests 14. Complete customer surveys 15. Back up Quality Supervisor as needed 16. Accepts responsibility to comply with all safety, quality, customer, ISO, SQF and any other regulatory requirements. And has the authority to report concerns that could impact these requirements or suggest areas for improvement. 17. Perform other duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing and lifting. 2. Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. 3. Ability to speak, read, and write English. 4. Ability to work in a fast paced and multi-task environment. 5. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. 6. Proficient computer skills using JDE, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other applicable software 7.
