How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead quality strategies and initiatives across transformer manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, specifications, and control systems.
- Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process performance.
- Partner with engineering, production, supply chain, and field teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
- Manage non-conformance investigations, material review processes, and product disposition decisions.
- Champion Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and customer satisfaction.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience with transformer products, manufacturing processes, or related quality requirements is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Understanding of transformer installation, testing, service, or field support activities is an advantage.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification is a plus.
