Volunteers of America-Greater New York (VOA-Greater New York) is a leading anti-poverty organization serving neighbors in need across New York City, Northern New Jersey, and Westchester. Through 70+ programs, we support over 35,000 adults and children each year, including individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, youth aging out of foster care, veterans, seniors, and children with developmental delays.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: Residential Services Manager



The Residential Services Manager is responsible for the front desk operation and security function of the facility.

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11207



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelors' degree and three years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills, accurate record keeping, and computer skills.



Residential Services Manager Principal Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate front desk operations.
  • Coordinate and ensure documentation of client arrival and departure procedures.
  • Coordinate resident programs.
  • Maintain communication with clients


  • Supervise assigned staff.
  • Perform other related duties as requested.
