Job Title:Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Purpose

Primary purpose of this job is to maintain,repairand improve machinery throughout the factory.

Successful applicant will have a strong skill set inEquipment & automation. Must have the ability to detect minor problems, correct them or eliminate them before they become major issues. After diagnosis of problem, themaintenancetechnicianis expected to disassemble equipment as needed,repairor replace necessary components, reassemble and test items, and verify once production has started.

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities



  • Perform all repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical parts onCNCLathes and Mills.
  • Repairof all support equipment including Robotics
  • Utilize PLC's and PLC programs to trouble shoot.
  • Perform preventativemaintenanceon all equipment.
  • Set up and install new equipment including integration with existing equipment.
  • Perform general buildingmaintenance.




Education and Experience



  • High school diploma and 5 years of direct experience required.
  • Associate's Degree or relatedtechnicaleducation strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2.5 years of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical experience strongly preferred.
