Project Discipline Lead or Project Senior Lead Designer

• Manage Scope, Schedule, and Project Delivery
• Lead Technical Execution and Design Quality
• Supervise and Develop Designers and Engineers
• Own Technical Standards, Specifications, and Code Compliance
• Drive Knowledge Sharing, Training, and Continuous Improvement

Minimum required:

12+ years

Preferred:

• Discipline appropriate Associate's Degree
• Revit (expert level)
• OSHA 10
• NFPA 70 (NEC) Training & Certificate of Completion
• NFPA 70E Arc Flash & Electrical Safety Certification
• LEED Green Associate
• PMP or CAPM
